Wincy is a company and commercial solicitor with over 20 years’ experience.

Having started her career in the UK, Wincy has significant experience dealing with the sale and purchase of businesses, joint ventures, corporate restructures, mergers, and advising clients on a range of commercial contracts relating to their property portfolios.

After moving to New Zealand in 2014, Wincy expanded her practice to include a particular expertise in construction and development projects such as advising on construction contracts and consultancy agreements and assisting her clients with their procurement contracts.

She has acted for a diverse range of clients from small and family businesses through to entrepreneurial and multi-generational family businesses. Wincy focuses on acting as a trusted legal advisor providing strategic advice and pragmatic legal solutions to meet her client’s business needs.

Prior to joining Wong & Bong, Wincy was a director at Wynyard Wood and before that, she was senior legal counsel for Kainga Ora and senior associate at Bell Gully.
